Elder Pilling in Antigua

Hey friends!  This week was a pretty solid week! We saw a cool miracle that I'm hoping will grow into something more!  So this Tuesday we had zone council and set some goals for this transfer! Then that night we had our english class. Pretty normal. Afterwards though the students ask us to share a message right then because in the past we sometimes did and sometimes we left for other appointments. So we shared a message.  Wednesday was my birthday!!! That was pretty fun. We just went to a nice restaurant and got a burger and a salad. Which by the way the salad was probably the best salad I've ever eaten... who would've thought it'd happen here? Thursday I had immigration  at 4:30  in the morning and then that night we had english class! It was raining pretty good and so not very many people came (because apparently you can't do anything when it rains). Afterwards, we shared a message. And then the miracle. Whats up everyone!!! Well the rainy season is finally here. We got soaked pretty much everyday this week. Makes for a fun time though haha.   We had exchanges  on Wednesday this week  which was pretty good! I went to a different area with a newer missionary and we ended up putting a baptism date for a family!! That was super cool. But in all our walking, everything waist down got soaked haha. It was a fun time.     We also had a visit with Fabricio and put a goal for baptism  the 7th of July  and had a fast this weekend with him to help him receive an answer to his prayers!! That was super cool. We also had a visit with Alex! He had a question for us regarding why it's hard to do the right thing even though we know it will help us. I feel that all of us have had this question at one point in time.   Hi everyone!!! This week was super busy and I'm honestly super tired today but it’s so good. And today is p day!  This week started out with MLC (missionary leadership council) with the zone leaders and president. It was super awesome and we talked about having a new goal for baptisms... we want to reach 100 baptisms a month... as a mission we haven't even hit 60. But last month we hit 50! So that's super exciting.  We then had to prepare a training on Wednesday for zone conference on Thursday. That was super spiritual and a really good conference!! We even got to play basketball afterwards...  Then we had some good lessons on the weekend and a few meetings on Sunday.  On Friday we went to Cindy's families house. And then... Alex was there!! With Cindy again!! Like what?? We didn't get the chance to ask them if they are back together for good or anything but we will see them this week. Alex told us he really wants to meet with us.
