Trust in the Lord
Wow. What a week haha.
This week FLEW by. It was so busy.Tuesday we had our multizone conference with 75 missionaries and my companion and I had to give a 25 minute training on unity! It actually went really good and everyone loved it!! We also all got our own box of Little Caesers!! Crazy. Tuesday night 4 elders from a different zone slept with us because there weren't any buses back to their zone. We slept two to a bed and it wasn't the best sleep....
Friday we had interviews with President Probst and that was just good. I love having interviews.
On Friday night we had dinner with Darwin and shared a few commandments. That was a good night and we are growing closer with him and he is making steps closer to baptism!!
Staurday we cleaned a school as a service project and it was raining the whole time. Kinda fun but kinda cold too.
Then on Sunday we gave talks on missionary work!! My 1st talk in the mission... it went really good and the members said I did good haha.
Now this week was super busy and I found myself really trusting in the Lord to help me. Made me think of a scripture in Alma 36:3
"whosoever shall put their trust in God shall be supported in their trials, and their troubles, and their afflictions, and shall be lifted up at the last day."
I saw the hand of the Lord everyday this week. And I know that as we trust in him and call on him through prayer, he will help us!!! I want to invite you guys to trust in God during any hard times you have. Trust that he will help you. You will be able to see many blessings in your life.
I love you all!!
Don't forget to pray
Elder Pilling
